Banana Milk Panna Cotta

Ingredients:
- 700ml of water
- 2 tablespoons of Fernleaf Full Cream Milk Powder
- 1 teaspoon of Banana Flavouring
- Melted butter
- 2 teaspoons of soaked Gelatin powder
- Frozen berries
- 50ml of lemon juice
- Strawberries, fresh blueberries and mint leaves
Cooking Method:
- Heat water to a warm temperature and add Fernleaf Full Cream Milk Powder
- Add Banana flavouring, mix well and filter
- Mix the melted butter with the Fernleaf milk
- Reheat again on medium flame
- Add the soaked Gelatin powder and pour into a bowl
- Place the mixture in the fridge and leave it to harden
- For Berry Compote: Cook the frozen berries, water, lemon juice, sugar and blueberries until mixture is concentrated
- Prepare strawberry slices for cake decorations
- Remove the panna cotta from the fridge
- Decorate with strawberries, blueberries and mint leaves
- Serve with Berry Compote
