Ingredients:
- 1 thick round slice of watermelon
- ⅓ cup Fernleaf Protein+ Natural Yoghurt
- ⅓ cup Manuka Honey
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries and raspberries
- A small handful of Herb Mint Leaves
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
Method:
- Spread Yoghurt & Manuka Honey over watermelon slice.
- Top with fresh berries, mint and hemp seeds.
- Slice and serve immediately. Yummy
